I learned business on dealer counters before I learned it on a feed.

I'm a commerce graduate from Kolkata who spent his first working years in operations: vendors, dealers, field teams, spreadsheets. Then I moved to the side of the business I had been freelancing in since college: content. Both halves still show up in how I work.

The record

  1. 2020–2023

    The Bhawanipur Education Society College

    B.Com (Hons), Accounting & Finance

I studied finance and freelanced in digital marketing alongside it, first clients, first edits, first paid creatives.

  2. Jul–Dec 2023

    Oriental Publishers

    Operations Intern

Vendor coordination and dispatch across 8–10 partners. I learned that execution beats ideas that never ship.

  3. Jan–Aug 2024

    Shyam Steel Industries

    Senior Executive, Operations

Dealer coordination across Bihar with 80+ field sales executives, 25+ active dealers, MIS and sales tracking. I saw how business actually moves outside a screen.

  4. 2024–Present

    Frame & Flux

    Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

I left the corporate track to build a creative and social media studio with a 14-person team, delivering for clients across Kolkata and Delhi. I run acquisition, pricing and creative operations.

Outside work

I play badminton and I dance. Both taught me patience and timing long before any client did: you read the room, you hold your position, and you commit fully at the one moment that matters. That's all it is: two things I love doing, which happen to have made me better at waiting for the right move.
